Final Frame · The one-pager

Your content, prepared to any spec. In a platform you own.

Final Frame is the media supply chain platform for film and television. Add your content, say the spec it has to meet, and Final Frame prepares every deliverable: the files, the metadata, the artwork and the quality control. Service houses plug in for localisation and craft, and everything stays in your platform, under your control.

Final Frame on a tablet: a deal's deliverables, each with its kind, language, market and status.
One deal: every deliverable it owes, and where each one stands.

The context

Every licence ends in a delivery.

Each buyer, platform and territory asks for its own spec: picture and sound to a technical standard, subtitles and dubs, artwork in a dozen shapes, metadata in the buyer’s schema, all checked before it is accepted. Most of that work is still done by hand.

The problem

  1. 01

    Every delivery starts again

Each buyer, platform and territory has its own spec, so the same title is prepared, checked and described again for every deal.

  2. 02

    Control sits somewhere else

Files, metadata and status live in service houses, spreadsheets and inboxes. You see the work when it is late, not while it is moving.

  3. 03

    Archives that cannot earn

Content that is not packaged, described and cleared cannot be licensed quickly enough to matter, however good it is.

The solution

Add it once. Final Frame prepares the rest.

  1. 01

    Add your content

Masters, audio, subtitles, artwork and documents, from your own cloud storage, the Mac app or the API. Large files move at full speed.

  2. 02

    Choose the spec

A buyer’s delivery spec, or your own house spec to bring a catalogue together. Final Frame reads it and works out every deliverable it asks for.

  3. 03

    Final Frame prepares it

Across every deliverable type, automatically: picture and sound conformed to the spec, subtitles generated and translated, textless masters built shot by shot, metadata and synopses in every language, artwork cut to template, quality control against the buyer’s rules.

  4. 04

    Bring in the craft

Localisation, dubbing, subtitling and finishing go to the service houses you choose as work orders, and the results come back into the same place.

All of it is hosted in your own organisation on Final Frame, with its own storage and keys, so the content, the work and the record of every step stay yours.

Who it is for

Three kinds of owner, one platform.

Independent studios and producers

Take back control of your catalogue.

Prepare a title once and deliver it to any buyer, with your licensing and distribution in your own hands rather than spread across vendors.

Major studios and distributors

Delivered to spec, on time, without the grind.

Hand the preparation to the platform and keep the decisions. Every deliverable, every buyer and every deadline in one view, with far less manual work.

Archive and library holders

Turn an archive into a library that sells.

Final Frame identifies, describes and packages legacy content so it is ready to share, sell and license, title by title or the whole collection.

Final Frame on a laptop and a phone: generating key art for a title, and signing in.
On the web, on the Mac and on the phone: one platform, wherever the work is.
