The meter. No two deliveries are the same work, so we do not pretend they are the same price. Once the deliverables are agreed, the platform estimates the process - ingress, egress, transcode, frame-rate conversion, subtitle conversion, storage for the life of the delivery and the rest. The sending party pays, the estimate is billed when both parties approve the deliverables, and the tracking you already use shows every change on the way to settlement.
