The start of the deal.

This is what Final Frame does, in the order it happens. One platform and one record from the first page of the memo to the final archive; machines carry each step where they should, people where they must.

01

The deal goes in

Drop in the deal memo and the platform reads it: the titles, the shape of shows into seasons and episodes, the territories, the languages, the rights and the dates, and the deliverables the contract demands. A project exists within minutes, and every record in it carries its provenance, so what was contracted, what was inferred and what a person added never blur.

02

Every title gets its identity

Each title is matched against a shared reference spine built from the public record and everything the platform has learned before. Identifiers arrive from IMDb, EIDR, TMDB and Wikidata; a show matched once carries its seasons and episodes with it. When a match cannot be settled, a person chooses from candidates. Nothing is ever guessed silently.

Identifiers, credits and artwork flowing in from the sources, provenance attached.

03

The record fills

Years, runtimes, countries, credits, certificates and artwork flow in from the sources, in every language the deal speaks. Enrichment only fills what is empty, keeps where each fact came from, and offers anything unverifiable for a human decision instead of writing it.

04

The gaps surface

The deal's requirements are laid against what actually exists, and the difference is the work: what must be sourced, altered or created. What used to be a staffed research project becomes a first pass the platform produces on its own, kept current as assets arrive.

Synopses written to each contract's exact lengths, in every deal language.

05

The words get written

Synopses are written to each contract's exact lengths, in every deal language, from the published prose the sources hold. Genres are curated to the customer's own vocabulary, with the evidence kept alongside. Written once, a paragraph serves every later deal for the same title.

06

The artwork arrives

A library of destination templates holds each platform's exact artwork specs. Key art is generated from reference imagery to those templates, market by market, and a person chooses among options, iterates, and approves before anything ships. Uploads land in the customer's own isolated storage, under their own keys.

Serious inbound underway: checksummed, resumable, and visible in flight.

07

The masters come in

Serious inbound for serious files: Aspera and Signiant, SFTP, watched buckets and signed uploads, with checksums, resumability and a live picture of what has landed and what is still in flight.

08

Everything converts

Whatever arrives becomes whatever each destination requires. Standards and frame-rate conversion, up-res and HDR work, compliance versions and reformats; audio brought to each territory's loudness spec, mixed up or down, M&E created where none exists, dubbing from full human craft to directed AI; subtitles converted across every format, retimed, translated and checked; the whole lot packaged to each platform's shape, IMF to mezzanine.

Everything gated behind a rigorous QC path before it moves on.

09

Nothing moves on until it conforms

Every deliverable passes QC gates: automated where a machine can decide - conformance, loudness, flashing, black and silence, sync - and human where it must be judged. A failure creates new linked work rather than rewriting history, so the trail stays honest.

10

The work orders itself

Everything that needs doing becomes a work order, and every work order names who does it: the platform's own AI, AI with human review, an internal person or department, or an external vendor. The deal's content tier proposes how much runs by machine; premium titles take the craft route; a person always decides.

A vendor's scoped door: their work orders, their uploads, nothing else.

11

Vendors join without joining

An engaged vendor gets a scoped door: their work orders, their uploads, landing against the right deliverable automatically. No seat in your business, no access beyond their work.

12

One plan sits on top

Every work order feeds a single plan for the deal, human readable and human editable, carrying cost and time. Rates come from industry cards or the customer's negotiated ones, so a whole delivery can be priced before the work starts, and every line packages into auditable, procure-to-pay friendly formats: the work, who did it, at what rate, ready for a PO or an invoice.

An approval chain the customer designed, running on a live deliverable.

13

Both sides sign off

Approval is a chain each customer designs: an automated check, the sender's approver, the receiver's approver, in whatever order the deal demands, on anything that can be delivered - a master, an image, a synopsis, a certificate.

14

One record, both companies

The deal is handed to the receiving party inside the platform. The sender decides what the receiver may edit; both sides see the same statuses, the same progress, the same history. There is nothing to reconcile, because there is only one record.

Delivery landing with receipts: every transfer scoped, signed and recorded.

15

The delivery lands

Egress by whatever the receiver requires, routed by rules the deal carries: masters to one place, documents to another, artwork to a third. The exchange of materials runs secure and automated end to end: every transfer scoped to its deal, signed, and recorded. Receipts and proof of delivery come back, because that is what the contractual obligation actually turns on.

16

The record keeps

Every state change on every deliverable is recorded with who, when, before, after and why, append-only, forever. When the deal closes, the archive holds the whole story. Compliance stops being an archaeology project.

Rights, inventory and the next deal building themselves from the record.

17

And it does not stop

A receiving party's schedules can propose new deliverables the moment a title is booked somewhere new. Rights tracked continuously become exploitation positions and a distributable inventory: what was licensed, to whom, when. Assets a receiver created can be found, valued and bought back instead of remade. And ahead of all of it, the platform where deals are done, not just fulfilled.
